Account Executive

• Develop the marketplaces vertical by identifying and engaging online marketplaces, resale platforms, ticket marketplaces, B2B commerce platforms, and other multi-sided platforms
• Own the sales process by leading meetings, building relationships, marshaling SentiLink resources to deliver solutions, preparing analytical business cases, and closing commercial agreements
• Build trusted relationships with fraud, risk, trust & safety, seller operations, payments, identity, compliance, and executive stakeholders
• Navigate complex organizations to align with decision-makers and build champions within prospects and partners
• Continue to drive value to our partners post-close by owning relationships and helping our partners be successful with our solutions
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to support customer outcomes and market expansion
• Stay current on emerging fraud trends impacting marketplace ecosystems, including fake accounts, seller fraud, account takeovers, scams, synthetic identities, and trust & safety challenges
• Represent SentiLink in accordance with our corporate values at all times

Enterprise Account Executive, Marketplaces

• Develop the retail energy vertical by identifying, prioritizing, and engaging retail electricity providers, retail natural gas providers, community choice aggregators, energy retailers, energy marketplaces, and energy technology platforms
• Own the entire sales cycles from prospecting through close, including discovery, business case development, solution positioning, and commercial negotiations
• Help define SentiLink’s retail energy go-to-market strategy, messaging, and use cases
• Build trusted relationships with fraud, risk, customer operations, revenue protection, credit, compliance, customer experience, and digital transformation leaders
• Navigate complex organizations and align stakeholders across operational, technical, and executive teams
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to drive successful customer outcomes
• Stay current on evolving fraud trends, customer acquisition challenges, regulatory developments, and identity-related risks impacting energy providers

Enterprise Account Executive, Retail Energy

• Develop the crypto vertical by identifying, prioritizing, and engaging cryptocurrency exchanges, wallets, stablecoin issuers, payment providers, blockchain infrastructure companies, fintechs, and other digital asset platforms
• Own the entire sales cycles from prospecting through close, including discovery, business case development, solution positioning, and commercial negotiations
• Help define SentiLink’s crypto go-to-market strategy, messaging, and use cases
• Build trusted relationships with fraud, risk, compliance, trust & safety, operations, security, identity, and product leaders
• Navigate complex organizations and align stakeholders across technical, operational, compliance, and executive teams
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to drive successful customer outcomes
• Stay current on evolving crypto market trends, fraud patterns, regulatory developments, and identity-related challenges impacting the digital asset ecosystem

Enterprise Account Executive, Crypto

• Proactively reach out to prospective partners to discover companies that we can serve
• Own the sales process by leading meetings, building relationships, marshalling SentiLink resources to deliver solutions, preparing analytical business cases, and closing commercial agreements

• Help define SentiLink’s healthcare go-to-market strategy, messaging, and use cases
• Build trusted relationships with fraud, identity, patient experience, security, operations, compliance, and digital transformation leaders
• Navigate complex organizations and align stakeholders across technical, operational, and executive teams
