Software Engineer

• Lead, mentor, and develop the local team, which is part of a global matrix organization.
• Close collaboration with functional leaders worldwide.

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and professional development for all local employees in coordination with functional leaders.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Budapest office, including facilities and office management.

Software Development Lead, Site Manager

Accountant

• Responsible for the accounting of the sales companies, including general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable, month-end and year-end closings, ad-hoc reports and budgets
• Monitoring and reconciliation of intercompany balances and coordinating intercompany settlements in collaboration with global accounting
• Independently perform the monthly and annual closing processes for our international subsidiaries
• Coordinate with local accountants, tax advisors and auditors
• Preparation and review of financial statements and management reports for these subsidiaries (Swiss GAAP FER)

Account Manager

• Sell capital and disposable products
• Build and manage a sales pipeline through qualified leads, referrals, and various outreach methods, and develop strong customer and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including sales proposals, RFPs, and presentations, while maintaining accurate CRM records
• Provide in-service education, training, technical support, and timely feedback on market conditions, while adhering to budget guidelines and supporting industry trade shows
• Remote position requiring residence in the Denver area with overnight travel estimated at 20-50%

• Support finance team managing daily, weekly, and monthly financial processes for international subsidiaries
