About the role
- Lead the end-to-end product design efforts across our emissions monitoring platform.
- Shape experiences that help oil & gas and energy enterprises track, report, and reduce methane and greenhouse gas emissions.
- Collaborate closely with a cross-functional product development team.
- Translate complex environmental and operational data into intuitive digital products and experiences.
- Participate in product discovery, user experience design, brand evolution, and design systems development.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product design
- 3-5 years designing enterprise-grade data-heavy platforms
- Knowledge of carbon accounting or methane emissions is highly desirable.
- Strong customer-focus mindset
- A mastery of design tools, including Figma
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
