  • Manage content development for enterprise programs from inception to completion, defining and meeting objectives and timelines, and setting up mechanisms to track and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build, lead, and coach a high-performing team of Learning Experience Designers and contractors.
  • Provide regular mentorship and growth-focused feedback, establish clear expectations, and cultivate a collaborative, high-performance learning design culture.

Ensure all content (activities, assessments, homework, etc.) aligns with learning objectives and demonstrates efficacy in outcomes.
  • Leverage a variety of digital learning design techniques and approaches aligned to enhance and maximize the effectiveness of each program and best support learners.
  • Provide recommendations for content delivery methods based on learner profile, client goals, and content subject matter; as appropriate, maintain a strong understanding of the enterprise’s LMS.

  • Integrate design thinking, agile methodologies, and flexibility to manage all aspects of learning development projects from needs analysis to implementation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience working in a Learning Designer role. Expertise in designing courses for online learning, with a focus on live, synchronous course experiences rather than asynchronous/self-paced formats, across corporate training and role- or industry-specific L&D.

  • Ability to translate enterprise needs to curriculum requirements. Thinks beyond the content and considers all aspects of delivery, facilitation, and scheduling.
  • Experience designing and delivering GenAI upskilling or reskilling programs with demonstrable learner outcomes, preferably in corporate or enterprise settings.
  • Respects enterprise culture and brings a level of professionalism to each interaction; combines expertise with humility and curiosity; strong executive presence.
  • Experience applying design thinking principles in the development of professional upskilling experiences.
  • Comfortable with quick pivots and operating with some level of ambiguity; seeks clarity through open and thoughtful communication. Biased for action; tenacious.
  • Passion for data and AI and knowledge of the AI landscape. Understanding of the impact AI will have on organizations.
  • Collaborative spirit, proactive in reaching out to people and keeping them in the loop, ability to be self-sufficient in determining appropriate channels for communication and collaboration.
  • Self aware and able to learn and grow from actions that did not return the desired outcome.
  • Experience recruiting, hiring, and managing contractors.
  • Comfortable and excited to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Superior written communication skills and attention to detail. We believe written communication is key to a high-performing environment.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented.
