About the role
- Help teams achieve higher efficiency, consistency, and scalability when building 1Password products
- Create and maintain a library of reusable design components and usage guidelines
Requirements
- Experience using design systems, component libraries, and/or UI Kits
- Leverage an understanding of UI and visual design skills to help define standards and best practices for designing with the 1Password Design System Knox (color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, grid, and layout)
- Experience using Figma tool and ecosystem
- Ability to create designs that demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and craft
- Proactive attitude to work and ability to work closely with and support Product Designers and developers across multiple teams
- Confidence: A willingness to take on new challenges, and see them through to completion.
- Humility: You're not afraid to ask "stupid" questions and make mistakes (as long as you learn from them).
- Curiosity: You look for better ways of doing things, even if everyone seems happy with how they are.
- Teamwork: We work together, and succeed as a team!
