Account Executive

• Orchestrate and manage the entire deal cycle to closure
• Build a pipeline and sell to large Enterprise sized accounts across a wide range of industry verticals
• Use AI-enabled tools and platforms to research accounts, personalize outreach, and surface insights that sharpen targeting and improve conversion rates
• Analyze pipeline and performance data regularly to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, sharing findings with sales leadership to inform go-to-market strategy

Account Manager

• Identify, prospect, and close employer partnerships with companies actively hiring for roles aligned with Correlation One’s program tracks (data analytics, cybersecurity, IT support, operations leadership).
• Build a scalable employer pipeline across industries including technology, financial services, healthcare, logistics, and professional services.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies targeting hiring managers, talent acquisition leaders, and HR executives at mid-market and enterprise employers.
• Structure partnership agreements covering hiring commitments, interview pipelines, and co-branded talent programs.
• Partner with state workforce agencies and Correlation One’s government partnerships team to recruit employers into registered apprenticeship programs.
• Educate employers on the value proposition, tax incentives, and talent retention benefits of apprenticeship models.
• Grow the employer base for existing state apprenticeship partnerships (e.g., Pennsylvania, Texas) and support expansion into new states.
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for employers interested in hiring Amazon Career Choice program graduates across OLC, Data Analyst, Cybersecurity, and IT Support tracks.
• Collaborate with Amazon Career Choice program teams to align graduate skill profiles with employer job requirements.
• Own employer partnership KPIs: number of active employer partners, graduate interviews scheduled, hires completed, and employer NPS.
• Provide market intelligence on employer hiring trends, skills demand, and competitive landscape to inform program design.

Director of Employer Partnerships

Customer Support

• Lead the instruction of a “virtual classroom”; these typically consist of between 30-300 learners (though potentially more, depending on the program). This includes:
• Conduct lectures during dates and times indicated above
• Instruct learners using Cloud Support Specialist content provided by Correlation One
• Prepare in advance for all assigned live sessions and provide curricular input and feedback ahead of sessions.
• Offer additional expertise and resources from the Cloud Support community.
• Collaborate with Correlation One operations personnel to perform class duties well and stay on schedule.

Lead Instructor – Cloud Support Specialist, Cloud Support Specialist 8

• Provide synchronous and asynchronous support to learners in the Cloud Support Specialist training program
• Attend and engage in mandatory Pre-Program TA Onboarding
• Monitor appropriate Slack channels for learner questions and answer them promptly
• Check-in with learners to see if they have any questions
• Facilitate breakout rooms during lecture time
• Assist in keeping the session progressing during technical difficulties
• Monitor Slack for questions during non-live sessions

Teaching Assistant – Cloud Support Specialist, Cloud Support 7

Security Engineer

• Teaching Assistants (TAs) play a critical role in teaching ~25-30 learners (as part of a larger class) in Correlation One’s virtual Information Security training program.
• TAs will be expected to support synchronous sessions as well as provide asynchronous support to Fellows to ensure their comprehension and learning.
• Live Session Coverage: Provide live session coverage on a rotational basis. TAs will be placed in a trio of 3 TAs who will rotate, with each TA providing live coverage for approximately 19 sessions throughout the program.
• Lab Session Hours: Attend all live lab sessions. During these labs, 1-2 TAs will lead while all other TAs support.
• Administrative Work: Dedicate 2 paid hours per week for administrative work. This includes one 30-minute weekly team meeting and 1.5 hours for asynchronous support, such as answering learner messages on Slack, grading, and other admin tasks.
• Learner Experience: Work with fellow TAs and Lead Instructors on ways to improve the learner experience and ensure the progress and satisfaction of your Fellows.

Manager

• Manage and develop the team. You'll run 1:1s, shape career paths, give honest feedback, and build a team culture that balances high standards with low ego. You'll also own hiring as the team evolves.
• Own the technical direction. Decide when something is being built the expedient way versus the sustainable way. Help the team ask better questions, structure analyses well, and produce work that actually drives decisions. Guide how the data platform and the team's analytical capabilities evolve together.
• Decide what the team works on, and what it doesn't. The team's backlog today is largely shaped by incoming requests from stakeholders. You'll be the person who evaluates that work against strategic value, pushes back where appropriate, and protects capacity for longer-arc investments. This means partnering closely with our Data Product Manager to negotiate priorities. You own the "how" and "how much," they own the "what" and "why."
• Drive operational work toward automation. A meaningful chunk of the team's time goes to recurring manual processes. The pattern we want to follow: identify what's manual, automate it, recover the capacity. You'll find those opportunities and make sure they get done.
• Be client-aware. Our work supports enterprise clients directly. You should be comfortable understanding client needs, translating them into data requirements, and occasionally representing the data function in client-adjacent conversations.

• Team enablement for agentic AI & AI-native development: Coach teams to apply AI-native development using Claude Code or other tools safely and effectively, pairing on real tasks, guiding PRs/diff review, and driving measurable improvements.
• Agentic orchestration & decomposition: Design robust multi-agent workflows, including the use of commands, hooks, skills, and model selection for repeatable outcomes.
• Assessment & evaluation design: Design skill assessments to diagnose current-state engineering and agentic-AI proficiency, define modular entry points, and measure improvement over time (pre/post assessments, competency rubrics, and program effectiveness metrics).
• Claude Code CLI mastery: Operate Claude Code CLI as a daily driver for parallel workstreams and tasks (multi-file refactors, parallel tasks, debugging loops, test creation, and documentation updates).
• Agentic hierarchies & context management: Implement scalable agentic tooling hierarchies, context retrieval and context management for long running and complex workflows (retrieval patterns, state handling, summarization, context hygiene) to prevent drift and improve reproducibility.

• Manage content development for programs from inception to completion, defining and meeting objectives and timelines, and setting up mechanisms to track and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Understand and follow clients’ strategic direction and translate client needs to curriculum requirements.
