Engineer II

Instructor

• Lead sessions focused on GenAI for Correlation One’s clients
• Collaborate with internal Correlation One team to provide feedback on curriculum, materials, and resources.
• Provide guidance and support to workshop/program participants, answering questions, addressing concerns, and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
• Act as a subject matter expert on GenAI, contributing insights and expertise to internal discussions, projects, and initiatives.

Lead Instructor – GenAI

Recruitment

• Facilitate full cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, and team coordination through to offer
• Provide white glove candidate experience and communications
• Generate and execute active and passive sourcing strategies to target high quality candidates, at volume
• Utilize creative sourcing strategies, including posting to relevant job boards and LinkedIn
• Maintain and track candidate pipelines in Greenhouse
• Process offers and track hires through Worksuite
• Support administrative processes for the Expert Network Recruitment team including, but not limited to, scheduling, data administration, cleaning reports, and organizing communications
• Maintain strong relationships with members of our Experts Network to keep them engaged; identify creative ways to keep them connected to the organization and opportunities

Recruiter

General

• Play a key role in ensuring the success of learners in data training and jobs programs
• Work alongside a team of Teaching Assistants and program operations staff
• Provide professional development coaching support to a cohort of ~60 learners
• Deliver high-impact, scheduled support through feedback cycles and professional development workshops
• Provide individualized coaching support through direct learner interactions
• Maintain responsive communication with learners and keep job search tracking current
• Prepare for and deliver engaging professional development sessions during the program

Career Success Coach

Customer Support

• Lead the instruction of a “virtual classroom” within a larger program; this program will consist of between 30 and 300 learners
• Conduct lectures during the dates and times indicated above
• Prep time: Experienced LI: 30 minutes of prep per lecture; New LI: 1-hr of prep per lecture
• Collaborate with Correlation One operations personnel to perform class duties well and stay on schedule

Lead Instructor – Computer Support Specialist

Translator

• Provide live interpretation for online training programs, held via Zoom
• Participate in a team of interpreters during classes
• Ensure effective communication between instructors and participants
