• Track any edits/changes/suggestions to content that would help foster a more cohesive and positive learner experience.

Software Engineer

• The Curriculum Developer will play a key role in building the content for Correlation One's new Aerospace Technician program, which prepares working adults for skilled technician roles in commercial aerospace manufacturing.
• This person will be responsible for designing and writing lessons, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises — delivered virtually and supplemented by shipped practice kits — that build foundational aerospace manufacturing skills including engineering drawing interpretation, precision measurement, materials handling, introductory soldering, and aerospace safety standards.
• A successful curriculum developer will have hands-on aerospace or advanced manufacturing technician experience and will work closely with Correlation One's Learning Experience Design team and employer subject-matter experts to ensure curriculum aligns with validated skill requirements.
• Review and advise on proposed curriculum for course to ensure the correct concepts are included
• Develop lessons, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises (including kit-based virtual labs) that cover foundational skills for aerospace technicians.
• Iterate on curriculum based on feedback from employer SMEs, ensuring content stays aligned with current aerospace industry standards, tooling, and certification pathways (e.g., OSHA 10, GD&T, IPC J-STD-001 prep)
• Collaborate with other curriculum developers and Peer Review lessons, leaving feedback for improvements
• Review lessons and QA exercises, documenting any changes in QA Documentation.
• (if necessary) Weekly and ad hoc meetings: Participate in weekly meetings with the C1 content developer to ensure the team is on track to prepare all curriculum and related materials, answer questions, discuss any relevant decisions, etc.
• Deploy content on the platform (training will be provided)

Curriculum Developer – Aerospace Technician, Contract, Part Time

Client Partner

• Take handoff of new client relationships from the sales team after the initial deal closes
• Become the client’s primary point of contact and build deep, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders (CHROs, Chief AI Officers, CLOs, VPs of L&amp;D)
• Work with clients to understand their organizational challenges and translate them into well-scoped Correlation One engagements
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of pilot programs and ongoing engagements
• Structure follow-on proposals and commercials using existing C1 frameworks, adapting them to each client’s specific context
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within accounts — surfacing adjacent problems, shaping the next engagement, and growing client spend over time
• Serve as the voice of the client internally, ensuring our solutions and delivery stay tightly aligned with what the client actually needs

• Review and refine English→Japanese translations for applicant-facing landing page and admissions form
• Proofread copy, correct grammar and tone
• Flag source-string issues
• Track edits/comments in localization workflow
• Deliver polished copy that feels native rather than translated
