Customer Success Manager

• Be the customer’s advocate: Understand their strategic goals and proactively create success plans to drive measurable outcomes.
• Deliver value consistently: Lead quarterly success reviews, share insights on product updates, and guide customers on their journey to achieve maximum ROI.
• Drive adoption: Oversee onboarding, promote training opportunities, build customer communities, and keep engagement high.

Product Marketing

• Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring collaboration and alignment across sales, marketing, and product teams
• Craft clear, compelling messaging and value propositions tailored to executive, technical, and operational personas across key industrial verticals
• Ensure consistent and effective messaging across all internal and external channels
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear messaging emphasizing value/outcomes and competitive differentiators
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape
• Facilitate in-person customer feedback sessions for market intelligence around target outcomes and personas
• Analyze competitor products and positioning; develop and maintain competitor battle cards and positioning frameworks
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure market needs are reflected in the product roadmap
• Create internal awareness for short to mid-term roadmap and integrate product launches into overall messaging

Senior Product Marketing Manager

Systems Engineer

• Provide expert-level engineering and administration of Office 365 (SharePoint, Exchange, Defender, OneDrive).
• Manage identity and access management using Entra ID, SSO, MFA, and conditional access control policies.
• Manage Exchange online and its configuration, including spam filtering and email security.
• Oversee customer IT support and track service desk performance; serve as backup to Productivity System Administrator for day-to-day IT support.
• Support security compliance efforts related to SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001.
• Develop procedures related to IT support, BYOD, employee onboarding, and offboarding.
• Coach and support the Productivity System Administrator on expert technology concepts and customer service best practices.
• Collaborate with the Director of IT to align IT delivery and innovation with business goals.
• Manage Microsoft and other SaaS licenses and cost optimization.
• Manage the enterprise SaaS lifecycle (Zoom, Atlassian, Slack, Adobe, AI tools like Glean and Keeper).

• Provide occasional after-hours support and potentially participate in on-call rotation for global user support.

Productivity Systems Engineer

Account Executive

• Seeq is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Sales Executive for the APAC region to drive sales in our advanced analytics software geared towards industrial organizations
• Reports to the Vice President of Sales and will play a critical part in expanding Seeq’s presence in the APAC market
• Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting new leads to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process
• Engage with key decision-makers in various industries, develop and maintain relationships with clients, and enable them to realize the significant value our solutions can bring to their operations
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine strategies, provide insights into customer needs, and identify new business opportunities
• Strong knowledge and experience within the APAC market and cultural proficiency are essential for success
• Duties include: identify, qualify, and close new business; develop and execute APAC-tailored sales strategies; maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenue; collaborate with cross-functional teams; conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence; represent Seeq at industry events; provide product feedback
