About the role
- Help craft sales, marketing, and customer success processes to improve operations
- Build automation flows, set rules, and assist in implementing new systems to support the revenue organization
- Test systems and processes to ensure they work as intended and that data is accurate and reliable
- Promote and share internal knowledge about systems and processes with teams globally
- Contribute to creating a full-suite reporting framework
- Assist with administrative tasks such as presentations, data gathering, and process documentation
- Work side-by-side with multiple teams across sales, marketing, and customer success in a hybrid setup
Requirements
- Enrolled in the first semesters of a Master’s degree in business, e-business, or IT programs
- Highly structured with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Technical curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and systems
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Bonus: experience with Salesforce or Pardot (not required)
