About the role
- Lead the deployment and configuration of vulnerability management solutions (Tenable/Qualys)
- Manage the onboarding of new assets into security frameworks, ensuring devices and data are protected
- Respond to, investigate, and resolve security incidents and alerts, minimizing organizational impact
- Regularly review and update security policies and procedures to align with best practices and emerging threats
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement enhancements
- Provide expert guidance and support in selection of new security technologies and tools
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation on security processes, incidents, and resolutions
- Facilitate training sessions on security awareness and best practices
- Improve client cybersecurity framework through deployment, management, and optimization of security measures
- Work as part of Sopra Steria's Cybersecurity division (I2S) supporting large enterprise clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (relevant certifications e.g., CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+ preferred)
- 5 years of experience in deploying vulnerability management solution
- 3+ years’ experience in a cybersecurity role with focus on endpoint security (EPP, EDR, MTD, XDR)
- Strong understanding of network and information security principles and best practices
- Demonstrated experience in deployment and management of security solutions and handling security incidents
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills; able to articulate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
- Organized and able to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and work autonomously
- Previous work experience in a multicultural environment
- English required; French is a plus
