Administration

• Produce and check calculations of members’ benefits using automated calculation routines
• Prepare and check standard explanatory letters
• Resolve pension-related queries by phone, live chat, and email
• Work with other teams to resolve queries in a timely manner
• Escalate complex cases or complaints to a senior administrator or SME
• Ensure the accuracy of pension administration records in the Compendia administration system
• Manage pension contribution adjustments, including agreeing and administering recovery plans
• Collate and analyse data and prepare reports for senior team members
• Work with the payroll team and Client’s reward team as required

Pension Administration
