• Own internal audits for our customers end to end, from kickoff through to the final report.
• Review and sample evidence on the Secfix platform and assess it against the relevant ISO 27001 controls.
• Run the customer calls and walk customers through your findings and any non-conformities.
• Catch the non-conformities that matter, including the easy ones, so nothing avoidable surfaces later in an external audit.
• Write findings a non-technical founder can act on: what is missing, why it matters, and what to do next.
• Keep several audits moving at once and keep every one on schedule.
• Stay neutral to the implementation and hold a clean line between auditing and helping.
• Learn our other frameworks (TISAX, ISO 42001) and help build a repeatable audit structure for them.
• Help improve framework content on the platform, including evidence examples and guidance.
• Share structured product feedback when you spot recurring issues in the platform.

ISO 27001 Internal Auditor

Account Executive

• Own and drive net-new revenue across SMB accounts in DACH, working primarily from inbound and BDR-sourced pipeline (~80%), while self-generating the rest (~20%)
• Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to close on a fast, ~30-day average sales cycle
• Run structured discovery and demo calls, qualifying leads efficiently against a clear framework
• Engage SMB decision-makers (founders, ops leads, and similar)
• Translate compliance and security topics into clear, fast business value
• Collaborate closely with the BDR team, product, and onboarding
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in HubSpot
• Share market feedback to help refine SMB qualification, pitch, and playbook

Account Executive – SMB, German-speaking

Customer Support

• You'll be the second member of our Product Support team, trusted to design processes, set standards, and shape how Support is done at Secfix.
• Act as the first line of support on product-related queries via chat, responding with empathy, clarity, and efficiency to resolve issues quickly.
• Document bug reports, review logs, and identify recurring issues; collaborate closely with Product Engineering to escalate and track resolution without the need for direct debugging or code fixes.
• Perform pre-release QA checks to ensure you are uptodate.
• Own and update the knowledge base, including creating help center articles that simplify complex topics for our customers.
• Create videos and own communication on new feature releases and get our users excited about new functionalities.
• Continuously refine support processes to optimize customer experiences and improve efficiency.
• Serve as the technical product expert, training Customer Success Managers on product features and common troubleshooting methods to help them handle customer inquiries effectively.

Product Support Specialist, German-speaking

Security Engineer

• Own and drive the compliance roadmap inside the Secfix platform across different compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, TISAX, SOC 2, GDPR, NIS 2, DORA, ISO 27017/27018, ISO 42001, C5, and more as we expand)
• Implement ISO 27001 and adjacent frameworks end-to-end for customers
• Mentor and upskill the compliance team: sharing expertise, reviewing work, and helping drive consistency in audits and customer deliverables
• Conduct internal audits directly for strategic and complex customers, and review the internal audits performed by junior team members to drive quality and consistency
• Act as a compliance partner to CSMs and sales reps: fast, reliable support for customer questions, and joining customer calls when deep expertise is needed
• Own the quality of compliance content in the platform (including creating policies, evidence templates, Compliance enable playbooks for our CSMs, security awareness trainings and more)
• Close framework gaps and incorporate auditor feedback into both team practice and platform improvements
• Partner with product and engineering to translate compliance gaps into structured product work
• Collaborate closely with CS, Product, and Founders to align compliance, customer, and roadmap priorities
• Deepen relationships with our existing certification partners and train auditors on the Secfix platform so they can confidently use it during customer audits

Customer Success Manager

• Own a portfolio of mid-market customers and be fully accountable for renewals and expansion
• Own the end-to-end implementation of compliance frameworks with your customers, guiding them from onboarding through audit readiness
• Become a trusted compliance partner, helping customers translate structured frameworks into practical, auditable processes
• Build and maintain clear account plans for priority customers
• Run structured renewal cycles, including pricing, scope, and procurement discussions
• Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities and drive them to close
• Run effective QBRs with clear narratives, outcomes, and next steps
• Translate complex security and compliance topics into business value
• Maintain accurate account health, renewal forecasts, and expansion pipeline in HubSpot
• Create and improve playbooks, templates, and scalable CS processes

Mid-market Customer Success Manager, German Speaking

• Manage the customer lifecycle from day 1 through renewal.
• Ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
• Improve our CSM processes and set up the infrastructure (tools, processes, way we work) to be highly impactful.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, engineering, and product teams to align on customer needs and company strategy.
• Serve as the point of contact for your customers and drive them to specific business outcomes on their timelines.
• Write and record educational and technical content for our knowledge base.
