About the role
- Track ongoing hiring needs for the overall company, reporting to the Lead Recruiter.
- Source, screen and interview potential candidates through job boards, postings, inbound leads, and outbound messaging.
- Schedule and conduct interviews through Zoom.
- Coordinate with hiring managers + support second round interviews.
- Send offer letters.
- Adapt to the role as needed.
Requirements
- At least two years experience with talent acquisition
- Technical recruiting experience
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships throughout the hiring process
- Highly organized
- 15 Days PTO
