About the role Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for light industrial roles. Work closely with the Territory Operations Team to understand each customer’s unique needs. Communicate with users on the app to effectively fill open positions Make a high volume of calls to workers across different time zones to ensure shift coverage. Maintain a positive and persistent approach. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients. Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and Territory Operations Team. Perform repetitive tasks daily with consistency and attention to detail. Be adaptable to be placed where there is demand, with little downtime. Requirements 2+ years of experience in Recruitment, Customer Service or Logistics Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written A strong work ethic.
