About the role

  • Investigate and resolve technical (system) issues for Billing & Invoicing applications
  • Provide internal end-user support and resolve basic technical issues after proper investigation
  • Communicate resolutions to end-users and manage new user setup and deactivation of system users
  • Assist in preparation and maintenance of support documentation and QA (training) materials
  • Create basic reports and dashboards to meet business requirements
  • Test product in prescribed browsers, operating systems, and devices
  • Comprehend functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions; create and refine business user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Gather, create and maintain current and future business process flows for internal use and SD Worx business
  • Share business and technical insights with the Product Owner and coordinate regularly with stakeholders and business owners
  • Use Agile methodology and take ownership with close follow-up on assigned tasks to ensure targets are met

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an admin role
  • Previous experience as a Support System administrator would be an advantage
  • Ideally experience in ‘Billing & Invoicing’ systems and its processes
  • Experience in SQL and XLS is a (very) nice to have
  • Eager to learn
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to details
  • Experience in working in Agile squads and international environment are considered as a plus
  • Being an engaged, positive and flexible team player
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and writing); French is a plus
  • Upon successful completion of the interview process, required to submit a recent Certificate of Character and undergo a background check
