• Own the full sales cycle for agency accounts, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close
• Sell a strategic platform to agency leaders, helping them differentiate, retain clients, and win in an AI-first discovery landscape

• Create and maintain sales enablement materials: pitch decks, competitive battlecards, one-pagers, demo guides, and objection handlers.

• In this role you will play a huge part in successfully delivering our roadmap and ultimately in giving our customers the tools they need to succeed in the AI era.
• Because we are a small organization, this is a full stack role.
• While most of your work will be focused on building features related to our data pipelines, usage of LLMs, analytics APIs, etc., you'll need to do whatever is necessary to deliver value to our customers. This can include some light React work but also work creating notifications, alert emails, scheduled reports, connectors into third party systems, etc.

• Navigate multiple stakeholders (Marketing, Growth, Digital, Brand) within customer orgs
• Forecast accurately and maintain strong pipeline hygiene in the CRM
• Partner closely with Marketing, Solutions, and Product to refine messaging and improve win rates
• Stay current on changes in AI, search, and discovery—and bring that insight into customer conversations
