About the role
- Lead the optimization and integration of Marketo, Salesforce, and other marketing technologies.
- Maintain the marketing tech stack, ensuring seamless connectivity and operational efficiency.
- Implement advanced automation strategies, including lead nurturing workflows, segmentation, and scoring models.
- Conduct A/B testing and data-driven optimizations to enhance campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies and tools to enhance marketing efficiency and scalability.
- Define and enforce best practices for campaign execution, ensuring alignment across corporate marketing and digital teams.
- Ensure accurate tracking and synchronization of all lead data across Salesforce and Marketo.
- Collaborate with demand generation and digital marketing teams to support high-performing multi-channel marketing programs.
- Oversee data governance, hygiene, and integrity to maintain a clean, accurate, and actionable database.
- Identify and resolve complex lead flow and campaign tracking issues proactively.
- Develop and manage Salesforce and Power BI dashboards and reports to track marketing KPIs, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide strategic insights for continuous improvement.
- Own and enhance lead attribution models, ensuring accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting.
- Implement predictive analytics models to improve targeting, lead scoring, and engagement strategies.
- Deliver executive-level reporting and insights that influence decision-making.
- Lead process automation and optimization initiatives to enhance marketing efficiency and scalability.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for marketing automation, lead management, and reporting.
- Ensure marketing operations comply with GDPR, CCPA, and Indian data privacy regulations.
- Partner with sales, digital marketing, and corporate teams to align marketing operations with business goals.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in Marketing Operations or a related field.
- Expert proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce (certifications preferred).
- Strong experience in Power BI for reporting, analytics, and performance measurement.
- Proven ability to develop and optimize marketing automation strategies and workflows.
- Deep understanding of marketing attribution models, lead management, and data tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with compliance regulations (GDPR, CCPA, and Indian data privacy laws).
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve marketing automation and CRM system issues.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
