Design and implement GEO Optimization strategies for AI-driven experiences (e.g., Google SGE, Bing Copilot, Perplexity), including structured data and summaries for generative results.
Work closely with content creators to integrate SEO and GEO principles from ideation to publication.
Develop and implement effective link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
Use A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics to test hypotheses and implement conversion-focused improvements on landing pages and key site paths.
Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO, GEO, and CRO performance using tools like Google Analytics, heatmapping platforms, and SEO tools; translate insights into actionable next steps.
Keep abreast of industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and generative AI advancements to ensure strategies remain effective.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in SEO and CRO, with a demonstrated history of improving search rankings, driving organic traffic, and optimizing user journeys.
Hands-on experience with AI-influenced search technologies such as Search Generative Experience (SGE) or Bing Copilot.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and CRO platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, Hotjar, or Microsoft Clarity.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, structured data, GEO, and CRO best practices.
Familiarity with WordPress or similar content management platforms.
Experience with website analytics, data analysis, and reporting.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
