About the role

  • Design, run, and analyze experiments across the funnel (ads, landing pages, onboarding, nurture).
  • Partner with product, FED, and agencies to improve conversion rates on high impact surfaces.
  • Test new growth channels and tactics, measure results, and scale what works.
  • Support and optimize PPC, paid social, and other demand programs in partnership with agencies.
  • Provide insights, feedback, and direction to maximize ROI and reduce CAC.
  • Build lightweight playbooks for scaling campaigns.
  • Own and evolve the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, GA4, Maxio, etc.).
  • Drive automation, personalization, and scalable workflows across the funnel.
  • Build and optimize reporting across the funnel (CAC, LTV, ROI, pipeline velocity) and identify leaks.
  • Implement and refine segmentation and nurture flows; partner with Sales to reduce friction and accelerate time-to-close.
  • Own forecasting and surface actionable insights to help prioritize growth levers.
  • Leverage AI to accelerate analysis, automate reporting, and spot growth opportunities.
  • Initial priorities: audit funnel/reporting/attribution, develop CAC/pipeline/ROI dashboards, run CRO experiments, partner with agencies, and tighten HubSpot–GA4 integration.

Requirements

  • Have 4-6+ years in B2B demand generation, marketing operations, or growth roles.
  • Can shift seamlessly between strategy (where to test next) and execution (setting up the test, pulling data, optimizing).
  • Strong experience with HubSpot, GA4, and other revenue tools.
  • Understand how PPC, paid, and CRO fuel the funnel and have supported or directly run them before.
  • Love experimentation and data but act quickly on insights.
  • Thrive in lean, high-autonomy environments where you can test and learn fast.
  • Use AI as a core part of your workflow.
  • Experience managing or closely collaborating with agencies (PPC, paid social, CRO) (bonus).
  • Familiarity with PLG or hybrid GTM models (bonus).
  • Hands-on A/B testing and CRO background (bonus).
  • Knowledge of ABM or multi-touch attribution models (bonus).
  • Comfortable writing and sharing processes/playbooks for scaling growth ops (bonus).
  • Strong skills in building reporting across the funnel (CAC, LTV, ROI, pipeline velocity).
  • Experience with marketing tech stacks and automation (HubSpot, GA4, Maxio, etc.).
  • Location: Remote (US/Canada) — must be able to work from either the United States or Canada.
