Lead the implementation of one or more complex SchooLinks modules to help districts track student progress and outcomes.
Own the implementation process from kickoff to launch, working closely with Customer Success Managers and district partners.
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical configurations to ensure district value from the SchooLinks platform.
Engage heavily with customers, analyze customer data, and translate district processes to the platform.
Identify and implement the best solutions leveraging available configurations; develop creative solutions for complex customer needs.
Hands-on configuration of modules including setup, data triage, and customization.
Understand data dependencies and help resolve data issues.
Develop expertise in how the module fits within the broader SchooLinks product ecosystem.
Drive project management for modules, ensure tasks complete, and report implementation status.
Collaborate with Customer Success on customer interaction, escalation, and timelines; maintain project velocity and drive adoption.
Define and document problems and challenges faced by partners; assist Product team with quality assurance and product improvements.
Requirements
2+ years experience as an implementation specialist or similar role in a B2B SaaS company.
Strong project management skills (understand task dependencies/sequence and management of tasks).
Proactive, entrepreneurial style, eager to take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment — you know when and how to find the correct information when needed.
Loves getting into the weeds to figure something out, but is a fundamentalist when it comes to completing tasks and completing deliverables.
Strong technical understanding - Ability to understand the logic and how platform data connections work.
Ability to work with data feeds, including reviewing data files, identifying problems.
Strong stakeholder management skills
Confident presenting to district stakeholders and motivating them to complete tasks.
Clear and concise communicator — the ability to boil down product and engineering jargon into simple and concise customer communications.
Preferred, not required - experience with scripting (Python, etc.) and JSON data.
Positive attitude - you can stay optimistic in high stress situations.
