Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Customer Success Manager

• Meet onboarding, usage, and renewal targets for your portfolio of districts.
• Onboard new districts by leading their project kickoff, data integration, and training sessions.
• Assess usage, engagement, and outcome data to determine health and action needed at each of your districts.
• Build and maintain director and executive level relationships at each of your districts.
• Facilitate renewal process (quote, verbal approval, signature) for your districts.
• Provide well-structured customer feedback to our Product Team, collected during the various customer engagements.
• Continuously define, document problems and challenges faced by our districts.
• Keep account records and notes updated in a CRM such as SalesForce, Gainsight or other CS tools.

Customer Success Manager, Enterprise

• Own the post-onboarding customer journey through renewal and expansion
• Lead a team of Customer Success Managers and drive measurable outcomes
• Deepen adoption and build executive relationships
• Set clear KPIs for every CSM and hold the team accountable
• Coach high performers and manage team culture anchored in PACE values
• Own Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) at or above company targets
• Execute proactive renewal strategies and identify at-risk accounts

• Own your territory: cold call and email school district prospects daily
• Research accounts, personalize outreach, and qualify inbound and outbound leads
• Schedule demos and hand warm opportunities off to Account Executives
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce so nothing falls through the cracks
• Hit (and beat) weekly and monthly activity targets
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns that generate pipeline
• Stay sharp on product updates, pricing, and market trends

Sales Representative – Entry Level

• Independently architect and implement bi-directional data integrations between SchooLinks and external platforms — starting with Slate (Technolutions)
• Design, build, test, and document RESTful API connections, webhooks, and OAuth/SSO flows to support secure, real-time data exchange — taking full ownership of each integration from technical spec through production deploy. You’ll build using Python code running in our Django service and Lambdas on AWS.
• Design ETL pipelines to map and transform student data across different schemas, handling edge cases, conflict resolution, and idempotency.
• Set up monitoring, alerting, and observability for every integration in production — then own ongoing maintenance, incident response, and iterative improvements as partner systems evolve
• Write the foundational documentation for this function — technical specs, API references, runbooks, and integration guides establishing the standard that future engineers will build on
