Account Executive

• Identify, develop and execute account strategy to develop new business opportunities across the assigned region
• Establish access and maintain existing relationships with key decision makers (superintendents, CAOs, deputies, directors) and understand industry trend and issues
• Identify customer pain points and problem solve and strategize using our solution
• Scope, negotiate and close sales agreements to exceed booking and revenue targets
• Capture, maintain accurate and relevant info using Salesforce
• Leverage existing accounts as reference to expand regionally
• Collaborate with peers across product, implementation, marketing teams to create visibility with target accounts and drive engagement of target prospects at the both individual and executive level

Customer Success Manager

• Own success metrics for a portfolio of established Mid-Market and Enterprise districts.
• Lead district professional development training sessions ensuring engagement and quality delivery.
• Drive increased product adoption and depth of usage across schools, departments, and user groups.
• Analyze district-level usage, engagement, and outcome data to assess account health and identify expansion opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong director and executive-level relationships within each district.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies that increase product reach and multi-threaded engagement.
• Lead renewal strategy and execution to ensure high retention rates.
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities aligned to district goals.
• Provide structured, actionable customer feedback to the Product Team gathered through ongoing district engagement.
• Continuously document district goals, challenges, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account records in CRM systems such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar CS tools.

Customer Success Manager – Mid-Market/Enterprise

Controller

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Direct and scale the accounting function, including recruiting, performance management, coaching, and succession planning to ensure depth and continuity within the team
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
• Ensure compliance with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards and other relevant accounting guidance
• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and management reports
• Lead the annual audit process and manage relationships with external auditors
• Build, implement, and maintain internal controls
• Manage cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and treasury functions
• Partner with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Oversee tax compliance, including federal, state, and local filings
• Lead and develop the accounting team, establishing best practices and professional development opportunities
• Evaluate and implement accounting systems and tools to improve efficiency and scalability
