Account Executive

• Own your territory: cold call and email school district prospects daily
• Research accounts, personalize outreach, and qualify inbound and outbound leads

• Maintain clean records in Salesforce so nothing falls through the cracks
• Hit (and beat) weekly and monthly activity targets
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns that generate pipeline

Sales Representative – Entry Level

Full-stack Engineer

• Independently architect and implement bi-directional data integrations between SchooLinks and external platforms — starting with Slate (Technolutions)
• Design, build, test, and document RESTful API connections, webhooks, and OAuth/SSO flows to support secure, real-time data exchange — taking full ownership of each integration from technical spec through production deploy. You’ll build using Python code running in our Django service and Lambdas on AWS.
• Design ETL pipelines to map and transform student data across different schemas, handling edge cases, conflict resolution, and idempotency.
• Set up monitoring, alerting, and observability for every integration in production — then own ongoing maintenance, incident response, and iterative improvements as partner systems evolve
• Write the foundational documentation for this function — technical specs, API references, runbooks, and integration guides establishing the standard that future engineers will build on

Software Engineer, Integrations

• Own features end-to-end: write specs and plan with Claude, build, QA, write release notes, create product documentation, and socialize changes with Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to align on solutions, then execute autonomously once direction is set
• Ship clean, readable, and maintainable full-stack code across our Django backend and React frontend
• Use AI tools as a core part of your workflow for planning, building, and delivering
• Iterate rapidly on solutions by proposing, testing, and refining ideas
• Write tests and address technical debt to elevate codebase quality
• Design and build solutions that scale to millions of users

Product Engineer

Customer Success Manager, SMB/Scale Team

Learning and Development

• Conduct effective and engaging in-person customer professional development sessions, with travel about 50% of the time. This travel will be heavily scheduled during late summer and back to school season. Expect weekly travel from July-October
• Conduct effective and engaging virtual customer professional development sessions for K12 administrators, counselors, and educators
• Lead our customer webinar series - including creating session content, scheduling and facilitation
• Manage operations and tracking of professional development in our CRM, Salesforce
• Become a product expert and provide feedback to the product team
• Support the Customer Success team in their training facilitation and product knowledge by leading internal training and enablement sessions
• Support the creation and updating of professional learning resources including training slide decks, help articles, and other customer-facing materials
• Assist with additional training team projects as they arise

Training Specialist

Implementation Specialist

• Own the end-to-end implementation for a portfolio of districts; accountable for their platform onboarding, data ingestion, configuration of add-on modules, training, change management, communication, and continuous project management
• Lead kickoff calls and project alignment sessions with district stakeholders, establishing ownership structures, rollout timelines, and measurable success criteria
• Build phased implementation plans tailored to each district's purchased modules, grade levels served, and state compliance requirements (e.g., eCap, CCRI, CCMR, and other state CCR mandates)
• Maintain an implementation tracker for each district, logging project status, action items, decisions, and upcoming milestones using Gainsight and Salesforce
• Lead recurring check-in calls with district champions and executive sponsors, keeping projects on track and stakeholders aligned
• Proactively surface risks to launch timelines and escalate to the Director of Implementations as needed

Implementation Manager

Customer Support

• Meet 5 min first response SLA for chat and 1 hour for emails, while meeting CSAT targets.
• Mastery of the SchooLinks platform and ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and advise districts on platform logic, configuration options, and other day-to-day support topics.
• Escalation of certain support requests to product, engineering, or solutions.
• Log, track, and update chats and emails in our support tools (Intercom, Front).
