About the role
- First RevOps hire reporting into Finance, acting as central connector between Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Services, and Finance
- Build & own RevOps infrastructure: manage CRM and GTM tool stack, add tooling (e.g., HubSpot, CPQ, time tracking)
- Design and implement scalable processes across the full customer lifecycle and maintain CRM hygiene and full funnel visibility
- Ensure data quality and integrity across GTM systems in collaboration with Data and Finance
- Act as a commercial checkpoint for deal structures, order forms and quotes
- Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in the revenue funnel; drive cross-functional process improvements
- Build and refine processes for professional services scoping, delivery, and margin analysis
- Support sales enablement with operational playbooks and performance insights
- Define and monitor key GTM KPIs and dashboards and partner on forecasting and attribution models
- Ensure visibility into delivery capacity, project timelines, and services profitability
- Own GTM operational cadence including forecasting, QBRs, capacity planning, pipeline reviews, territory and quota planning
- Define and evolve the RevOps roadmap and prepare to build and lead a RevOps function as company needs evolve
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a revenue/sales operations function of a fast growing B2B SaaS scale-up and strong understanding of SaaS metrics, sales funnels, and revenue models
- Team player: experience working cross-functionally with GTM teams, Data and Finance
- Good technical understanding and ability to collaborate with technical stakeholders to deliver spreadsheets, analyses and dashboards
- Curious & Creative: desire to deeply understand customers, products and GTM processes
- Clear communicator with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on with a bias for action and ability to get GTM org ready for scale
- Organized: comfortable managing multiple cross-functional projects and timelines in ambiguous environments
- Comfortable working hybrid from NYC office at least three days per week
- (Ideal, but not required) Technical/quantitative background with experience in Python, SQL and APIs
- (Ideal, but not required) Experience working with HubSpot (and Salesforce)
