Forward Deployed Engineer

Technical Recruiter

• Own the full recruiting cycle for Engineering, Product, and Design roles, from role scoping with hiring managers through offer close.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies tailored to each role, using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-assisted tools, and creative outreach to reach both active and passive candidates.
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, helping define hiring strategies, calibrate candidate quality, challenge assumptions, and keep searches moving as priorities evolve.
• Deliver a standout candidate experience through transparent communication, timely feedback, and a thoughtful interview process that reflects Taktile's values.
• Leverage recruiting data to make better decisions. Monitor pipeline health, hiring funnel performance, and market insights to proactively identify risks and recommend solutions.
• Continuously improve how we hire by refining interview processes, structured assessments, interviewer enablement, and hiring best practices across technical teams.

Senior Technical Recruiter

Technical Program Manager

• Own end-to-end program management for 3–5 cross-functional initiatives at any time.
• Drive Enterprise readiness program (features, certifications, contracts) across Platform/Product/Sales.
• Quarterback Security programs (audit prep, residual risk burn-down, customer security questionnaires).
• Steer the AI enablement rollout across functions with the AI Tooling Eng.

Security Engineer

• Set the security architecture roadmap: threat model, control framework, key projects (data classification, secrets mgmt, IAM hardening, supply chain).
• Drive residual risk down - own the list, sequence the work, report to leadership monthly.
• Manage security engineers, GRC and IT (1:1s, growth, performance), heavy technical leadership.
• Be the security partner for Eng/Product on new initiatives (AI tooling, Enterprise features).
• Co-own audit readiness with GRC: SOC 2, ISO 27001, customer security reviews.

Security Lead – Team Platform

Human Resources

• Collaborate closely with our People team to ensure the efficient management of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing feedback and support.
• Prepare and coordinate first-day agendas for new hires, managing communication to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain and update HR-related content on our internal databases and manage employee profiles in HiBob, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Prepare documents for various processes (internal transfers, mobility, etc.).
• Assist in managing and communicating benefits for employees, ensuring they are well informed about their entitlements and processes.
• Assist with any HR-related queries, providing timely and accurate information to employees and managers.
• Help identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows, including building and refining AI tools (e.g. Claude skills) to make our people operations more efficient.

HR Intern

AI Engineer

• Find the highest-leverage workflows. Embed with teams across Engineering, GTM, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to identify where AI can remove the most friction.
• Build internal tools and agents end-to-end that wire Taktile's SaaS stack (HubSpot, Notion, Linear, Gong) into our engineers' and operators' daily workflows. Own scope, design, implementation, rollout, and iteration.
• Evolve AI architecture based on internal customer needs and tangible, measurable improvements.
• Drive adoption, not just deployment. Run hands-on workshops, pair sessions, and office hours to teach teams how to actually use what you ship. Measure success in real adoption and time saved, not features delivered.
• Partner with Security and IT on governance. Apply least-privilege principles from day one. Build the guardrails, access scoping, and audit trails that let us move fast on AI without exposing customer data or production systems.
• Stay on the frontier. Know when new tools and models release, which ones are worth experimenting with, and bring the best of it back into the business.
