HR Intern
Stena Center for Financial TechnologyHR Intern supporting employee lifecycle management at Taktile, an AI-native financial institution. Collaborating with the People team on onboarding, benefits communication, and HR system management.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate closely with our People team to ensure the efficient management of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing feedback and support.
- Prepare and coordinate first-day agendas for new hires, managing communication to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain and update HR-related content on our internal databases and manage employee profiles in HiBob, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare documents for various processes (internal transfers, mobility, etc.).
- Assist in managing and communicating benefits for employees, ensuring they are well informed about their entitlements and processes.
- Assist with any HR-related queries, providing timely and accurate information to employees and managers.
- Help identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows, including building and refining AI tools (e.g. Claude skills) to make our people operations more efficient.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Collaborative attitude and willingness to assist team members in achieving common goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus).
- Excited to learn about new concepts, tools, and processes and eager to challenge the status quo.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience) is ideal (but not required).
- Familiarity with HR software and tools.
