About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate closely with our People team to ensure the efficient management of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing feedback and support.
  • Prepare and coordinate first-day agendas for new hires, managing communication to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain and update HR-related content on our internal databases and manage employee profiles in HiBob, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Prepare documents for various processes (internal transfers, mobility, etc.).
  • Assist in managing and communicating benefits for employees, ensuring they are well informed about their entitlements and processes.
  • Assist with any HR-related queries, providing timely and accurate information to employees and managers.
  • Help identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows, including building and refining AI tools (e.g. Claude skills) to make our people operations more efficient.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to assist team members in achieving common goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus).
  • Excited to learn about new concepts, tools, and processes and eager to challenge the status quo.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience) is ideal (but not required).
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools.
