• Lead definition and management of system requirements (SOR, product performance) through customer interaction for Thermal Management Systems & Modules (Refrigeration)
• Evaluate vehicle refrigeration system architectures to select the best solutions to meet stakeholder and system requirements.
• Initiate and conduct System - Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (SFMEA) with customer engineers

• Provide proactive technical support and consulting to OEM and Tier-1 customers, primarily for transmission applications.
