• Lead and coordinate regional activities related to energy management and green production across North and South American locations.

AI Research Scientist

• The Accelerated Leadership Development Program is a two-year, high-potential development experience comprised of four six-month rotations that provide cross-departmental exposure and leadership development.
• Each rotation may be located at any of our facilities throughout the North American Region (USA, Mexico, and Canada), with the possibility of additional international rotations.
• The first rotation will begin in Wooster, Ohio.

Accelerated Leadership Program – Research & Development – AI R&D Enablement

Operator

• Set up and programming of operating machines including accuracy and effectiveness checks in first test sequences
• Oversee ramp up of machines after setup procedure and support Operators in operating the machines
• Support maintenance in the repair, prevention of downtime and inspection of machines
• Follow documented procedures and processes and maintain accurate records and tracking
• Check finished product/product component and submits for approval
• Follow all safety and production rules and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

Set Up Operator II, CNC – 3rd Shift

• Set up and operate a minimum of one production process performing single and/or multiple functions, which may include CNC or manually controlled equipment
• Perform problem solving and trouble shoot to resolve production/process issues to meet required standards
• Responsible for quality and quantity of work produced by process/machine
• Routinely check process/machine for basic maintenance and take correction action in a timely matter
• Required to perform inspection of own work using precision measuring equipment as provided or directed to assess quality of work
• Follow and accurately record data as directed or required in routers, IMS and any other production tracking systems
• Required to train other operators as needed

Lapping Machine Operator, Aerospace

• Set up and operate a minimum of one production process performing single and/or multiple functions, which may include CNC or manually controlled equipment.
• Perform problem solving and troubleshoot to resolve production/process issues to meet required standards.
• Responsible for quality and quantity of work produced by process.
• Monitor production process according to maintenance schedule and perform routine maintenance in timely manner.
• Required to perform inspection of own work using precision measuring equipment as provided or directed to assess quality of work.
• Follow and accurately record data as directed or required in routers, IMS and any other production tracking systems.
• Required to train other operators as needed.
• May be required to work in other departments or occasionally to set up a machine for others to operate.
• Ability to read and interpret production prints.

Grinding Machine Operator – Segment 2, Aerospace

• Set up and operate all required manual production processes
• Perform basic problem solving and troubleshoot to resolve production/process issues to meet required standards
• Responsible for quality and quantity of work produced by handheld and/or hand operated equipment
• Required to perform inspection of own work using precision measuring equipment as provided or directed to assess quality of work

Manual Machine Operator, Aerospace

• Operate machinery and tools to set up production equipment
• Ensure the correct configuration and calibration of machines
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation
• Set up and/or program the operating machine and check accuracy and effectiveness in test sequences
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues to minimize downtime
• Cooperate with maintenance staff, if necessary
• Check finished product/product component and submit for approval

CNC Lathe Operator – Aerospace

• Prepare machines for the production program by tooling and parametrization according to work order information
• Check production status within and in between each production sequence and taking action in case of deviations
• Perform operations while controlling machine/production processes and follow documented procedures and processes
• Inspect manufactured parts, identify defects and discard defective parts and follow proper protocol

Administrative Assistant

• Provide autonomous administrative support for a dedicated team or Manager in the organization.
• Organize the office, assist to optimize procedures, sort and distribute communications (i.e. inbound/outbound correspondence, visitors, effective information flow).
• Handle administrative requests and queries, and organize/schedule appointments, plan meetings and take minutes.
• Take over time and travel management, and/or travel expenses for team members or Manager.
• Coordinate with other departments, and/or maintain relationships with external parties as involved (i.e. suppliers, customers, authorities).
