About the role
- Lead the end-to-end design of new features and products, from discovery to delivery
- Help grow and improve the design system to impact scalability and product-wide consistency
- Drive the design lifecycle for key product areas with autonomy and ownership
- Act as a strategic partner, using design to influence product direction and business goals
- Mentor other designers and foster a culture of design excellence and innovation
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to measure design impact and inform product strategy
- Craft clear, concise UX copy to enhance product usability
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity, accounting for users with visual and motor impairments
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience with a proven track record of shipping successful products
- Deep expertise in UX principles and ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and other modern design and research tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and measurable impact
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale to senior stakeholders
- Proven experience mentoring designers and contributing to positive team culture
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect design decisions to business KPIs
- Pro-active and autonomous; skills in managing stakeholder relationships
- Professional proficiency in both Italian and English
