Product Designer

• Senior Product Designer owning end-to-end design for a product area at Fountain (frontline workforce management platform)
• Role is a 12-month contract
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions
• Lead design from discovery through delivery and translate complex workflows and data into intuitive user experiences
• Conduct user research to deeply understand user needs and validate solutions
• Work in rapid, iterative cycles from problem framing to polished design to accelerate learning and delivery
• Bring clarity to ambiguous problems through structured thinking and strong problem-solving skills
• Communicate ideas with precision using storytelling, prototypes, and data-driven rationale
• Contribute to high-quality UI and UX design system patterns for consistency and scalability
