- Own how Jerry reimagines auto repair and maintenance, bringing clarity and guidance to car care
- Lead GarageGuard product experiences: diagnostics, recall & maintenance alerts, shop finder, repair estimates, car value, and digital glovebox
- Drive measurable gains in engagement and user onboards by crafting friction-free, polished experiences
- Ship 0→1 features to modernize auto care for the average driver
- Uncover opportunities to increase trust through deep-dive analyses and user behavior understanding
- Thoughtfully employ AI to make GarageGuard faster, clearer, and more helpful
- Map end-to-end journeys (symptom triage to booking a shop) to identify confusion or drop-off moments
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, prototype rapidly, and validate via A/B tests and usability studies
- Set a high UX quality bar and partner with Engineering and Design to instrument, measure, and iterate
Requirements
- Proven consumer product manager with 5+ years in consumer tech delivering meaningful impact
- Experience partnering closely with Product Design/Research and shipping consumer-grade polish on mobile or web
- Creative problem-solver comfortable with ambiguity
- Tenacious with strong ownership and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Customer-obsessed with strong UI/UX instincts and product taste
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills and conviction
- Super organized and execution-focused; able to manage complex projects and collaborate cross-functionally
- Detail-oriented and quality-minded (accessibility, edge cases, clear error handling)
- Preferred: Comfortable with rigorous analyses and validating impact on key metrics
- Preferred: Startup experience is a bonus
