- Avalere Health mission-driven company focused on advisory, medical, and marketing to improve patient care
- Seeking Senior UX Designer to shape end-to-end user experiences for healthcare projects
- Plan, conduct, and synthesize user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests, A/B testing)
- Partner with stakeholders to define product strategy, user goals, and business requirements
- Lead creation of user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Miro
- Present concepts and design rationale to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Be the voice of the user across cross-disciplinary collaboration
Requirements
- 5+ years of dedicated UX experience, with a proven track record in a fast-paced agency setting
- 3+ years working within a highly regulated industry (e.g., pharma, finance, government)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to deliver complex, data-informed UX design solutions
- Expert-level proficiency with Figma and Miro
- Proven experience leveraging research and analytics to validate design choices and measure impact
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale to non-technical audiences
- Good knowledge of modern web technologies, responsive design, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent professional experience) is a plus
- Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical medical communications space is a plus
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Jira, and Confluence is a plus
