• Review and post invoices as well as payments’ postings in our ERP.
• Receive, process, verify and allocate invoices due for payment in an efficient and timely manner.
• Load payment instructions into the bank web sites for further approval and release.
• Send payment notifications to vendors.
• Verify tax calculations related to purchase invoices and provide supporting documentation to accounting for reporting.
• Respond internal and external stakeholders’ inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
• Perform weekly and monthly bank and credit card account reconciliation.
• Review, send for leader’s approval and post employees’ Expense reports.
• Handle, reconcile and post petty cash related transactions.

Office Manager – Contractor

Recruitment

• Partner with hiring managers to draft, revise, and maintain accurate and compelling job descriptions.
• Post and manage job listings across internal platforms and external job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Monitor incoming applications and triage candidates for hiring manager review based on qualifications and alignment, including candidate screening, filter CVs, and preliminary interview.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the process, from initial contact through offer and acceptance.
• Support the preparation and delivery of offer letters and facilitate pre-employment requirements (e.g., background checks (for certain positions), reference checks).
