HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with hiring managers to draft, revise, and maintain job descriptions.
- Post and manage job listings across internal platforms and external job boards.
- Monitor incoming applications and manage candidate screening.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews for candidates.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support offer letter preparation and facilitate pre-employment requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding tasks including new hire documentation.
- Maintain records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS.
- Take ownership of reporting and implementing new HR and recruiting tools.
- Evaluate and improve onboarding/offboarding workflows.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1 - 3 years of experience in an HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition support role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience screening CVs and conducting initial filter interviews.
- High attention to detail and follow-through.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (preferred).
