About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with hiring managers to draft, revise, and maintain job descriptions.
Post and manage job listings across internal platforms and external job boards.
Monitor incoming applications and manage candidate screening.
Schedule and coordinate interviews for candidates.
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support offer letter preparation and facilitate pre-employment requirements.
Coordinate onboarding tasks including new hire documentation.
Maintain records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS.
Take ownership of reporting and implementing new HR and recruiting tools.
Evaluate and improve onboarding/offboarding workflows.

Requirements

What you’ll need

1 - 3 years of experience in an HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition support role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience screening CVs and conducting initial filter interviews.
High attention to detail and follow-through.
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (preferred).
