About the role

  • Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness of the commercial organization, enabling the sales team with tools, processes, and insights
  • Maintain the integrity of the sales pipeline (CRM hygiene, stage progression, forecasting accuracy)
  • Assist in development and optimization of sales processes including qualification, pursuit, and capture to drive consistency and scalability
  • Develop dashboards, forecasts, and KPIs for sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Structure complex, ambiguous problems; collaborate cross-functionally to develop solutions and drive execution from planning to implementation
  • Serve as the connective tissue between leadership, sales, programs, and product to ensure alignment and execution
  • Participate in special projects and support strategic decision-making

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles OR compelling experience in consulting
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
  • Strong command of foundational analytics tools (Excel) and ability to quickly master new software tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
  • Must meet “U.S. Person” status for access to export-controlled information or items (U.S. citizens, legal permanent residents, or certain protected classes of asylees and refugees as defined in 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3))
  • Ability to work onsite in Austin, Texas
