Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness of the commercial organization, enabling the sales team with tools, processes, and insights
Maintain the integrity of the sales pipeline (CRM hygiene, stage progression, forecasting accuracy)
Assist in development and optimization of sales processes including qualification, pursuit, and capture to drive consistency and scalability
Develop dashboards, forecasts, and KPIs for sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Structure complex, ambiguous problems; collaborate cross-functionally to develop solutions and drive execution from planning to implementation
Serve as the connective tissue between leadership, sales, programs, and product to ensure alignment and execution
Participate in special projects and support strategic decision-making
Requirements
3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles OR compelling experience in consulting
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
Strong command of foundational analytics tools (Excel) and ability to quickly master new software tools
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing competing priorities
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
Must meet “U.S. Person” status for access to export-controlled information or items (U.S. citizens, legal permanent residents, or certain protected classes of asylees and refugees as defined in 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3))
Ability to work onsite in Austin, Texas
