• Manage a team of Motor HCV Assessors, GIT assessors, and Leisure claim Assessors.
• Ensure client satisfaction by monitoring targets, deadlines, and compliance with service level agreements.
• Optimize team performance aligned with the Santam strategy.
• Support strategic objectives around profit, growth, and cost reduction.
• Monitor and control Average Repair Cost (ARC) and Average Cost per claim (ACPC).
• Provide advice on settlement options and ensure indemnification in line with Santam’s policies.
• Oversee the validation of motor COE claims after registration, assessment, and quantification of damages.
• Deliver high-quality assessment services in the claims value chain.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with relevant partners.
