About the role
- Develop and oversee global marketing strategy aligned with Product and Solutions Management and Sales
- Lead development and orchestration of global brand strategy and customer experience (CX)
- Drive transformation from product to solution selling in close collaboration with Product, Solutions Management and Sales
- Strategic brand management with ownership of brand portfolio and architecture
- Build brand preference and align brand strategy with corporate transformation goals
- Define and drive CX strategy and method to enable seamless customer-first experiences across touchpoints
- Translate customer and market insights into actionable strategies enhancing brand equity and customer satisfaction
- Lead development and implementation of a customer needs framework to inform cross-functional strategic decisions
- Lead and guide a team of strategists and planners across global and regional functions
- Foster a culture of innovation and represent the function in executive forums and transformation programs
- Report to the Vice President of Marketing and Communication
- Location flexible between Sandvik Coromant offices
Requirements
- Extensive experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, planning, and customer experience at managerial or executive level
- Solid background of leading transformation initiatives and driving CX innovation
- Experience building marketing strategies that deliver measurable results
- Comfortable navigating matrix organizations and collaborating across functions and geographies
- Strong leadership skills and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset with ability to align marketing with business goals and customer needs
