About the role
- Manage a portfolio of healthcare and agency clients as primary point of contact for Population Intelligence and Digital Audiences, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and renewal.
- Drive product adoption of the Population Intelligence platform and Digital Audiences to ensure customers realize value and achieve outcomes.
- Lead renewal and expansion efforts by identifying growth opportunities and aligning solutions with client goals.
- Monitor customer health and develop customer success plans to address risks and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Partner with agency teams to support campaign planning, audience activation, and performance optimization.
- Build strong relationships with agency clients to ensure seamless campaign execution and collaboration.
- Serve as a trusted advisor in audience targeting, campaign workflows, and compliance.
- Partner with agencies to identify budgets, upcoming campaigns, and translate healthcare insights into digital activation strategies.
- Streamline workflows to improve efficiency in audience activation and customer engagement.
- Develop case studies, training guides, and documentation to support customer enablement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Media & Audience Strategy & Operations, Technical Delivery Consultants, Marketing, CXS) to deliver consistent high-value customer experience.
- Translate customer needs into actionable insights for product, marketing, and data science teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in customer success, account management, or digital media/advertising technology, with experience supporting agency customers.
- Background in healthcare marketing, healthcare data or SaaS strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships, drive renewals, and grow accounts.
- Strong understanding of digital audience activation, campaign workflows and multi-channel campaign execution.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with analytics tools, CRM systems, and healthcare privacy/compliance standards.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a start-up mindset.
