Manage a portfolio of healthcare and agency clients as primary point of contact for Population Intelligence and Digital Audiences, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and renewal.
Drive product adoption of the Population Intelligence platform and Digital Audiences to ensure customers realize value and achieve outcomes.
Lead renewal and expansion efforts by identifying growth opportunities and aligning solutions with client goals.
Monitor customer health and develop customer success plans to address risks and deliver measurable outcomes.
Partner with agency teams to support campaign planning, audience activation, and performance optimization.
Build strong relationships with agency clients to ensure seamless campaign execution and collaboration.
Serve as a trusted advisor in audience targeting, campaign workflows, and compliance.
Partner with agencies to identify budgets, upcoming campaigns, and translate healthcare insights into digital activation strategies.
Streamline workflows to improve efficiency in audience activation and customer engagement.
Develop case studies, training guides, and documentation to support customer enablement.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Media & Audience Strategy & Operations, Technical Delivery Consultants, Marketing, CXS) to deliver consistent high-value customer experience.
Translate customer needs into actionable insights for product, marketing, and data science teams.
Requirements
5+ years experience in customer success, account management, or digital media/advertising technology, with experience supporting agency customers.
Background in healthcare marketing, healthcare data or SaaS strongly preferred.
Proven ability to manage customer relationships, drive renewals, and grow accounts.
Strong understanding of digital audience activation, campaign workflows and multi-channel campaign execution.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Familiarity with analytics tools, CRM systems, and healthcare privacy/compliance standards.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a start-up mindset.
