Lead strategic development and execution of global demand marketing initiatives
Drive customer acquisition, pipeline growth, and measurable business impact
Plan and optimize multi-channel marketing programs and own campaign roadmap and lifecycle
Manage lead generation, capture, scoring, and nurturing to maximize conversion
Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, paid media, and events
Use data and analytics to evaluate performance, optimize ROI, and define/monitor KPIs (Customer Lifecycle Value, conversion rates, pipeline contribution)
Lead and manage a global organization and cross-functional teams of campaign managers, digital specialists, analysts, and content creators
Collaborate with product, solutions management, sales, brand, and digital transformation stakeholders
Report to the Vice President of Marketing and Communication and be part of the functional leadership team
Location is flexible between Sandvik Coromant offices
Requirements
Extensive experience of leadership at a managerial or executive level
Solid background in creative leadership, digital marketing, and performance analytics
Test, learn and scale mentality
Ability to translate business goals into actionable campaign plans
Experience navigating matrix organizations and cross-functional collaboration
Strong communication, curiosity, creativity, and strategic thinking
Experience leading teams (campaign managers, digital marketing specialists, analysts, content creators)
Experience with multi-channel campaigns: digital, social, email, paid media, and events
Experience managing lead generation, scoring, and nurturing processes
Fluent English (resume and cover letter required in English)
Willingness to work from Sandvik Coromant offices (locations listed: Sweden, Germany, USA)
