About the role
- Craft and communicate the Brale story and evolve Brale into a trusted stablecoin brand
- Drive creative strategy and execution across a range of mediums
- Extend and evolve Brale's visual language, ensuring consistency and innovation across touchpoints
- Solve ambiguous design challenges through systems thinking, storytelling, and strategic judgment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver high-quality design work
- Support marketing initiatives and ensure branding and brand standards are upheld
- Collaborate with customers on co-marketing asset support
- Wear multiple hats and produce high-impact, high-quality creative work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
Requirements
- Expertise in visual, brand, web, and/or product design
- Experience driving major branding initiatives, from concept through execution, including positioning, identity development, and cross-channel implementation
- Thoughtful communicator who can advocate for design while balancing user, brand, and business needs
- Experience in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and emerging AI design tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to feedback and changing directions
- Willingness and ability to adapt and contribute across various design disciplines
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Must be currently residing in the United States (role is only open to candidates based in the U.S.)
