Drive creative strategy and execution across a range of mediums
Extend and evolve Brale's visual language, ensuring consistency and innovation across touchpoints
Solve ambiguous design challenges through systems thinking, storytelling, and strategic judgment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver high-quality design work
Support marketing initiatives and ensure branding and brand standards are upheld
Collaborate with customers on co-marketing asset support
Wear multiple hats and produce high-impact, high-quality creative work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
Requirements
Expertise in visual, brand, web, and/or product design
Experience driving major branding initiatives, from concept through execution, including positioning, identity development, and cross-channel implementation
Thoughtful communicator who can advocate for design while balancing user, brand, and business needs
Experience in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and emerging AI design tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to feedback and changing directions
Willingness and ability to adapt and contribute across various design disciplines
Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
Must be currently residing in the United States (role is only open to candidates based in the U.S.)
