About the role
- Oversee end-to-end production logistics and vendor management for keynotes, breakouts and ancillary programs at Beyond and Go Beyond.
- Manage comprehensive program planning and execution—from stakeholder alignment and executive approvals to timelines, budgets, floor plans, and more.
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules and run-of-show documents to ensure flawless execution and cross-functional alignment.
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling, on-brand event experiences through creative elements such as graphics, visuals, and video content.
- Manage multiple simultaneous events and programs, effectively prioritizing overlapping timelines and deliverables.
- Bring energy, creativity, and fresh ideas to continuously elevate and innovate the attendee experience.
- Project-manage the logistics for the technology showcase and support sourcing/coordination of entertainment and production elements for Beyond Bash.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in event production management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience managing event logistics/production for 1,000 employees/customers.
- Based in US and able to travel 20% of the time.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and budget-management skills, with the ability to work across all levels of an organization.
- Extraordinary attention to detail and able to run multiple concurrent project demands within established timelines.
- Strong executive presence.
- Creative skills to design events that fit the Samsara brand and produce exceptional experiences for our customers.
- Ability to work independently in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
