About the role

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and flawless execution of field marketing programs and events tailored to specific business needs
  • Own the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and execution for key accounts in Mexico, working closely with sales
  • Define and track key performance metrics, conduct post-event analyses, and deliver actionable ROI insights
  • Represent the brand at key events, ensuring consistent messaging and delivering high-impact experiences
  • Manage and optimize event budgets and evaluate outcomes against objectives
  • Collaborate with central and regional marketing teams and cross-functional partners to meet pipeline goals
  • Create, curate, and manage event-related content such as promotional emails, landing pages, presentations, and on-site materials
  • Proactively identify new market opportunities and trends to inform field marketing and ABM strategy
  • Build and manage relationships with customers and partners as part of event programming
  • Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles across global teams

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing with an emphasis on field marketing, event marketing, or ABM
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully developing and implementing large-scale Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and campaigns
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing impactful, customer-facing content as part of integrated marketing initiatives
  • Strong storytelling and writing skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in using data and analytics to assess performance and derive strategic insights
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset; able to work independently and take initiative
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities
  • Strategic thinker with attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% for events and on-site activations
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing tech stacks (Salesforce, Tableau, Splash) is a plus
  • Based in or near Mexico City is preferred
  • Ability to secure and maintain legal right to work in the specified work location
