About the role

  • We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Sr. Demand Gen Manager to lead our integrated marketing campaigns and drive measurable pipeline growth. You'll own the end-to-end development and execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns that help us build brand awareness with target audiences, engage prospects throughout their buying journey, and hit our revenue goals.
  • This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, requiring creative problem-solving, analytical rigor, and strong leadership to deliver campaigns that consistently exceed pipeline targets.
  • What You'll Do
  • Keep a pulse on target audiences – what they’re talking about, what keeps them up at night, how they consume information – to help inspire campaign ideas and meet our prospects where they are
  • Develop demand generation campaigns across multiple channels (email, paid media, organic social, webinars, events, and emerging channels)
  • Partner with content and product marketing to translate positioning and messaging into compelling campaign narratives and offers that resonate with legal and procurement decision-makers
  • Collaborate closely with a diverse group of stakeholders – channel owners, ABM, customer marketing, brand, marketing operations, and more
  • Define and track campaign KPIs aligned with pipeline and revenue goals; establish reporting frameworks that demonstrate clear business impact
  • Drive continuous optimization through testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis to maximize campaign efficiency and conversion rates

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demand generation experience at a B2B SaaS company, preferably in legal tech, enterprise software, or a similar complex sales environments
  • Proven track record of building and executing integrated campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, or similar
  • Project management excellence with demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple concurrent campaigns, manage competing priorities, and deliver on tight timelines
  • Leadership mindset with experience influencing cross-functional teams and presenting results to senior stakeholders
