Lead a team of demand generation specialists responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns
Be accountable for achieving the goals for lead volume and quality as agreed upon with the sales and marketing leaders, as well as analyzing the business KPIs to identify areas for improvement
Own and drive the improvement of a standardized, integrated campaign planning and implementation process that ensures cross-functional marketing and sales tactics are aligned to a strategic effort with measurable impact on the business
Partner with the Product Marketing team to develop compelling value propositions, competitive positioning, and go-to-market strategies
Work closely with the Strategic Awareness team to create data-driven content strategies that support demand generation objectives and address developer pain points throughout the buyer journey
Coordinate with sales teams to align on lead qualification criteria and implementing effective lead nurturing sequences
Be responsible for attracting, growing and retaining top talent, as well as continuous improvement of processes, adoption of best practices and Gen AI to achieve better results and operational efficiencies
Requirements
6+ years of experience and a proven track record in strategically designing and implementing scalable lead generation programs (preferably in B2B)
Intermediate to advanced knowledge and experience in a variety of tactics: managing SEO/SEM, email and/or display and paid social advertising campaigns
Strong analytical capabilities with very good experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms for advanced data analysis and reporting
Proven track record of successfully delivering results through others and managing a high-performance team
Experience with driving strategic marketing processes and large, cross-functional projects
Curiosity, self-drive and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, where change is constant and flexibility is key
Experience working in global company and collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders is a plus
