- ZoomInfo is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to play a crucial role in driving the adoption and expansion of the company's talent products.
Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, and positioning opportunities
Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear and compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that differentiates our product in the market
Go-to-Market Strategy: Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and updates, ensuring alignment across all channels and teams
Content Creation: Create high-quality, informative content such as blog posts, case studies, product videos, and website copy that articulates the value of our product to our target audience
Product Feedback Loop: Act as a liaison between the product users and the product team, gathering feedback to inform product development and improvement
Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with necessary product knowledge and materials, including pitch decks, FAQs, and product demos, to effectively sell the product
Performance Measurement: Measure and report on the effectiveness of product marketing activities, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience
Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment, experience in Talent and HR Tech is a plus
Strong understanding of the software development and technology landscape
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex product information into simple, compelling messages
Experience with market research, segmentation, and positioning
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams across the organization
Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset
Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools (Tableau, Amplitude, Salesforce)
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
Ability to work in the Austin area and collaborate with local team members
