About the role
- Lead GTM enablement programs for Samsara’s product solutions with emphasis on competitors, industries, and buyer personas
- Support company-wide change management initiatives to increase seller productivity throughout the sales cycle
- Maintain end-to-end ownership of solution-based training strategy and enablement materials
- Facilitate instructor-led training and develop AE-facing resources
- Leverage internal tools and technology to deliver enablement content
- Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally
- Empower sellers to deliver added value to customers to meet and beat revenue expectations
Requirements
- 2+ years of GTM enablement experience for a multi-product technology company
- Established expertise in customizing enablement strategies for industry verticals with emphasis on company differentiation
- Demonstrated experience creating & maintaining sales-facing enablement resources
- Track record of stakeholder management across sales, product, product marketing, marketing, and sales strategy
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely
- Experience facilitating instructor-led training and developing AE-facing resources
- Familiarity with internal enablement tools and technologies (e.g., Lessonly, Showpad, Jira, Gong/Gong Engage)
- Multi-lingual ability a plus (English, French, Spanish)
