About the role
- Provide exceptional customer support for Salvo Software's gaming products and services
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues, providing effective solutions
- Educate customers about products, services, and troubleshooting techniques
- Document and track customer interactions in CRM system for accurate record-keeping
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction
- Provide feedback on common customer issues to improve products and services
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved and they are satisfied
- Participate in training to stay updated on product developments and customer service best practices
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive or technology industries.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
