About the role

  • Partner with strategic and high-priority customers to assess Sales Cloud implementations and deliver expert recommendations on architecture, solution design, application lifecycle management, reliability and feature adoption
  • Serve as a trusted Sales Cloud SME providing proactive and reactive guidance on architecture, technology strategy, thought leadership and product best practices
  • Simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences including executive leadership
  • Identify capability gaps and design inefficiencies; recommend product enhancements or custom solutions to drive adoption and long-term success
  • Leverage and tailor Success Architect playbooks to meet unique customer challenges
  • Collaborate with support engineers, customer success managers and product teams to resolve technical challenges and influence product improvements
  • Assess system performance, optimize efficiency and reliability, proactively identify risks and recommend improvements to maintain technical health
  • Provide strategic insights into application lifecycle management to help customers plan, develop and evolve Salesforce implementations

Requirements

  • Fluency in either Spanish or Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required
  • 8+ years of experience in software, system or enterprise architecture
  • Expertise in Salesforce products, platform capabilities, technical governance and best practices
  • Experience with large-scale, complex implementations, including SaaS, PaaS multi-tenancy, and multi-tiered infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise application integration, process orchestration, master data management, AI, analytics and security best practices
  • Familiarity with industry- or vertical-specific solutions (preferred)
  • Ability to assess business objectives, propose solution options and drive stakeholder alignment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex technical concepts to business and executive audiences
  • Skilled in creating clear, visually compelling design documents
  • Proven ability to lead discussions, influence decision-making and advocate for best practices
  • High proficiency in English
  • Expertise in Sales Cloud features (opportunity/pipeline management, forecasting, email integration, Einstein Conversation Insights, Sales Engagement, Sales Performance Management)
  • Proficient in data models, validation rules, data governance, ETL, deduplication, data import/export strategies
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, Informatica) and third-party connectors
  • Knowledge of security configurations: role hierarchy, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, LDV considerations
  • Hands-on experience with APEX, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Experience optimizing custom triggers, controllers, batch jobs, asynchronous processing and handling governor limits
  • Experience with OAuth, Platform Events, External Objects, Salesforce Connect and Event Relay
  • Required certifications: Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Desired certifications: Platform App Builder, Platform Developer 1, Certified Architect Credentials (Application and System Architect)
