About the role
- Understand unique needs of Mid-Market Non-Profit clients and align their mission goals with Salesforce’s capabilities
- Partner with internal resources to drive additional value and expertise
- Generate pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment
- Sell on value and return on investment vs. technical functionality
- Build credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions
- Uncover business initiatives and struggles to map back solutions across multiple lines of business
- Create demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our solution
- Have a deep understanding of business operations and C-level priorities
- Quota-carrying role focused on driving strategic partnerships and social impact
Requirements
- Average of 5-7 years full cycle sales experience, with at least 3 in the field
- Experience selling to the C-suite
- Ability to build and deliver presentations to a wide range of buyers
- Deep empathy for the nonprofit sector
- Knowledge of public health, behavioral health, homelessness prevention, child welfare, and human services programs (preferred)
