About the role

  • Understand unique needs of Mid-Market Non-Profit clients and align their mission goals with Salesforce’s capabilities
  • Partner with internal resources to drive additional value and expertise
  • Generate pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment
  • Sell on value and return on investment vs. technical functionality
  • Build credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions
  • Uncover business initiatives and struggles to map back solutions across multiple lines of business
  • Create demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our solution
  • Have a deep understanding of business operations and C-level priorities
  • Quota-carrying role focused on driving strategic partnerships and social impact

Requirements

  • Average of 5-7 years full cycle sales experience, with at least 3 in the field
  • Experience selling to the C-suite
  • Ability to build and deliver presentations to a wide range of buyers
  • Deep empathy for the nonprofit sector
  • Knowledge of public health, behavioral health, homelessness prevention, child welfare, and human services programs (preferred)
