Lead all aspects of Salesforce marketing for EMEA South, executing the go-to-market strategy
Coordinate integrated regional marketing programs including brand awareness, solution and industry campaigns, events, hospitality, content, and digital marketing
Partner with the EMEA South Leadership team to define and implement the region's marketing plan
Collaborate with sales leadership to elevate pipeline visibility and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Develop and evolve marketing plans with local PR, Government Affairs, international marketing and product stakeholders
Manage marketing budget with careful prioritisation of efforts
Develop and execute customer-driven, prioritised campaigns to increase demand, sales, and brand awareness
Maintain and grow a strong marketing team culture; develop team through career and performance management with emphasis on diversity and inclusion
Create compelling, differentiated messaging by industry and audience across the funnel
Align and integrate efforts to encourage customer evangelism and deliver physical and virtual events
Develop a data-driven digital strategy to drive pipeline, revenue and marketing goals
Drive product and solution initiatives and new product introductions into the region; set and measure performance against objectives
Represent Salesforce at international and corporate levels; act as spokesperson with media, analysts, partners, and customers
Be an active member of the EMEA Marketing Leadership Team and Local leadership team Executive Committee
Requirements
15+ years experience in a management role, proven field marketing leader
Significant experience in marketing with a strong focus on field marketing
Dynamic people leader with proven ability to thrive in a matrix, multi-stakeholder environment
Strong business acumen and ability to drive impact based on market trends and corporate strategy
Great communicator; able to present to Senior Leadership, Sales, and Marketing
Proven leadership skills developing and nurturing teams, talent and skills
Natural collaborator and relationship builder across disciplines, time zones, and cultures
Strong execution focus, sense of urgency, self-directed and resourceful
Preference for ability to speak the local language
