Design, build, and execute EMEA enablement strategy; tailor global programs and create bespoke initiatives for AEs, SEs, BDRs.
Foster partnerships with Sales Strategy, Sales Programs, Product Marketing, and Operations to deliver holistic, scalable solutions.
Deliver leader-first programs to empower sales managers to coach teams through sales motions, plays, and product launches.
Define success criteria, analyze performance data, and communicate the impact on pipeline creation, sales cycle velocity, ACV and NNAOV attainment.
Champion a culture of trust, curiosity, continuous learning, and inclusivity; build and develop a highly engaged, results-oriented team.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales strategy, or sales leadership, preferably within a high-growth enterprise software (SaaS) environment.
Significant experience supporting the nuances of the EMEA market is required and sales experience is preferred.
Proven experience in people management, with a track record of successfully coaching, developing, and leading a high-performing team to achieve its goals.
Demonstrated executive presence with exceptional influencing skills.
Comfortable engaging large audiences (both in-person and virtually) from senior leadership to individual contributors.
Proven track record of producing and hosting impactful educational events, driving the adoption of new methodologies, and rigorously measuring the business impact of enablement programs.
Operate with flexibility and a high sense of urgency, able to adjust on the fly to new demands.
Comfortable with ambiguity and can effectively manage complex projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior sales leadership, translating business goals into actionable enablement strategies.
Expertise in designing and implementing measurable programs; comfortable with data and use it to diagnose problems, measure impact, and quantify contribution to the business.
