About the role
- Build and scale Revenue Operations to support rapid growth across the UK and US.
- Create frameworks, insights, systems, and technology that align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
- Report directly to the CRO and serve as a member of the commercial leadership team.
- Combine strategic vision with operational execution to drive predictability and enable GTM teams.
- Build processes, operating rhythm, and forward-looking insights to provide leadership clarity and confidence.
- Maintain a single source of truth for GTM performance and ensure teams get maximum value from tools.
- Act as a strategic partner to the CRO and shape go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, scaling B2B SaaS from Series A/B to C and beyond.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Data and analytical proficiency; ability to translate insights into strategic decisions and operational improvements.
- Hands-on expertise with modern RevOps tech stacks (HubSpot in particular).
- Technical aptitude to evaluate and implement new tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leadership.
- A curious, AI-first mindset and eagerness to leverage automation for scale.
- Highly analytical, structured, data-driven, exceptional communicator and leader; collaborative and outcome-focused.
