About the role
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for a wide range of corporate professional services
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process from supplier identification to contract negotiation
- Lead sourcing and procurement of employee benefits programs, including negotiating with providers
- Manage sourcing of legal services and maintain a network of preferred legal partners
- Oversee sourcing of consultancy services and vet/select firms aligned with business objectives
- Direct sourcing of corporate training and development programs and contract providers
- Lead sourcing and contracting of BPO services, ensuring providers meet SLAs and deliver cost-effective solutions
- Ensure best value, quality, and delivery for professional services needs
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing sourcing team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related experience
- Master’s degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role focused on corporate professional services
- Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes within a corporate professional services environment
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team
- Experience with contract law and drafting
- Proficiency in procurement software (Coupa)
- Strategic mindset and exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
